Hype Club is a private lifestyle and access network built on trust, discretion, respect, and quality.

These Community Standards explain what is expected from members, applicants, insiders, approved guests, and anyone using Hype Club access channels.

By applying to Hype Club, joining Hype Club, using Hype Club groups, interacting with Hype Club bots, or receiving Hype Club access, you agree to follow these standards.

1. The core standard

Hype Club is private by design.

Members are expected to be respectful, discreet, honest, lawful, and considerate of the group.

Access is a privilege, not a right.

Anyone who damages trust, safety, privacy, or the quality of the network may be removed.

2. Privacy first

Do not screenshot, screen record, forward, leak, publish, sell, or share private Hype Club content.

Do not share member names, usernames, phone numbers, Telegram handles, Instagram handles, locations, plans, access details, group messages, admin messages, bot messages, insider information, or private opportunities without permission.

Do not invite outsiders into private Hype Club spaces unless Hype Club has approved them.

Do not discuss private member information outside the group.

Privacy breaches may lead to immediate removal.

3. No member harvesting

Hype Club is not a place to collect leads, scrape contacts, poach clients, recruit members, or build a separate network from inside the group.

You must not collect, copy, export, message, scrape, or save member details for unrelated purposes.

You must not approach members with unrelated sales, promotions, investments, dating approaches, recruitment, private deals, or business offers unless clearly invited and appropriate.

4. No unauthorised selling or resale

You must not sell, resell, rent, transfer, trade, auction, or share Hype Club access.

You must not sell guest list access, table access, venue access, introductions, event access, concierge access, or private opportunities found through Hype Club unless Hype Club has clearly approved it.

You must not pretend to represent Hype Club.

You must not use Hype Club branding, admin names, bot names, member badges, screenshots, or private content to promote yourself or another service.

5. Be respectful

Treat members, admins, insiders, providers, venue teams, drivers, hosts, staff, and third parties with respect.

Do not harass, threaten, shame, insult, bully, stalk, intimidate, pressure, exploit, or abuse anyone.

Do not send unwanted sexual messages, explicit content, aggressive messages, spam, repeated requests, or manipulative messages.

Do not discriminate against people based on protected characteristics or personal identity.

6. Stay lawful

Hype Club must not be used for unlawful activity.

Do not use Hype Club to request, offer, arrange, promote, or facilitate illegal goods, illegal substances, violence, weapons, exploitation, trafficking, bribery, fake documents, fraud, scams, evasion of lawful rules, or anything that puts people at risk.

Members must follow local laws, venue rules, event rules, platform rules, payment rules, and any instructions given by authorised staff or providers.

7. No fake information

Applications and member information must be honest.

Do not submit fake names, fake ages, fake social handles, fake referrals, fake identities, misleading affiliations, false access claims, or inaccurate information.

Do not apply repeatedly under different names or accounts after being rejected or removed.

Do not help someone bypass the application process.

8. Insider standards

Insiders must be especially careful with trust, conflicts, and access.

Insiders must be honest about venue links, promoter links, concierge links, hospitality links, driver links, door team links, event roles, commercial interests, and conflicts of interest.

Insiders must not use Hype Club to harvest members, poach clients, redirect people into private deals, bypass Hype Club, misrepresent access, or push services aggressively.

Insiders must not present personal arrangements as official Hype Club arrangements unless authorised.

9. Group behaviour

Keep groups useful, clean, respectful, and relevant.

Do not spam. Do not flood the chat. Do not repeatedly post the same request. Do not derail important updates. Do not post unrelated promotions. Do not create drama, arguments, callouts, or public disputes.

If there is an issue, contact an approved admin privately.

10. Bot and support tool behaviour

Hype Club bots and support tools are there to help members.

Do not spam, overload, manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with bots or support systems.

Do not use bots to store illegal, abusive, exploitative, misleading, or sensitive unnecessary information.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, approval flows, membership checks, or admin systems.

11. Safety and wellbeing

Do not pressure anyone into events, spending, travel, substances, private meetings, sexual activity, risky behaviour, or situations they are uncomfortable with.

Respect boundaries. Respect consent. Respect local rules. Look after yourself and others.

If a situation feels unsafe, leave the situation and contact local emergency services or relevant venue staff. Hype Club is not an emergency service.

12. Respect venues and partners

Members must behave respectfully with venues, staff, hosts, drivers, hotels, restaurants, events, providers, and partners.

Do not be rude to door staff, hosts, drivers, waiters, security, or concierge contacts.

Do not misuse names, contacts, guest lists, bookings, or introductions.

Do not damage relationships that Hype Club or its members rely on.

Bad behaviour with third parties can lead to removal from Hype Club.

13. Confidential opportunities

Some opportunities, recommendations, updates, or introductions may be private or sensitive.

Do not forward them outside Hype Club. Do not repost them publicly.

Do not share them with competitors, promoters, other concierge providers, public groups, social media pages, or outsiders.

Do not use private opportunities to undercut, copy, or compete with Hype Club.

14. Disputes

If you have a problem with another member, insider, admin, provider, or opportunity, raise it privately with an approved admin.

Do not turn disputes into public drama inside the group.

Do not threaten people, expose private information, or make public accusations in Hype Club spaces.

Hype Club may review disputes and take action where needed to protect the network.

15. Admin decisions

Hype Club admins may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, remove, or ban anyone who breaches these standards or creates risk for the group.

In serious cases, removal may happen immediately.

Hype Club may also reject applications, refuse renewals, remove insider status, limit bot access, or revoke group access where trust or safety concerns arise.

Admins do not have to debate every decision publicly.

16. Removal from Hype Club

You may be removed for privacy breaches, screenshots or leaks, member harvesting, unauthorised selling, harassment or abuse, false information, spam or misuse, unsafe behaviour, illegal activity, conflicts of interest, repeated rule breaking, payment issues, misuse of bots or admin tools, or damage to Hype Club trust, safety, privacy, or reputation.

Removal may affect your ability to reapply.

17. Reporting concerns

If you see a privacy breach, safety issue, fake profile, scam, misuse, harassment, unauthorised selling, or other concerning behaviour, contact an approved Hype Club admin.

Reports should be honest and made in good faith.

18. Final standard

Hype Club works because members respect the private nature of the network.

Be discreet. Be respectful. Do not exploit access. Do not misuse people's trust. Protect the group.
