These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you use the Hype Club website, submit an application, become an approved member, use Hype Club access channels, or interact with Hype Club support tools.

By submitting an application, joining Hype Club, using approved access channels, or paying for membership after approval, you agree to these Terms.

Hype Club is a private lifestyle and access network. Applications are reviewed manually. No payment is requested unless an application is approved.

1. About Hype Club

Hype Club provides a private membership network for selected members, with access to destination information, member support, private updates, trusted recommendations, concierge style assistance, and selected opportunities.

Hype Club may operate through its website, Telegram groups, Telegram channels, direct messages, custom Telegram bots, approved admins, payment providers, and other approved tools or platforms.

Hype Club is not an emergency service, travel agent, regulated financial adviser, legal adviser, medical adviser, or security provider.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or join Hype Club.

By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the age requirement.

Hype Club may reject, pause, remove, or cancel access if we believe an applicant or member is under 18, has provided false information, has misused the network, or is not suitable for the private community.

3. Applications and approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Applications are reviewed manually. Hype Club may approve, reject, pause, or request more information at its discretion.

We may consider application details, trust, fit, member safety, community standards, referral quality, destination relevance, conflicts of interest, misuse risk, and any other relevant context.

We do not have to give reasons for rejecting or pausing an application.

No payment is requested unless an application is approved.

4. Membership access

If approved and payment is completed where required, you may receive access to approved Hype Club channels, tools, groups, bots, updates, or support layers.

Membership access is personal to the approved member.

You must not sell, transfer, lend, share, resell, sublicense, or give your access to anyone else.

You must not invite, add, or introduce another person unless Hype Club has approved them or has clearly allowed you to do so.

Access may include Telegram groups, Telegram bots, destination channels, private updates, member support, concierge style assistance, and other tools or features.

Access may change over time. Hype Club may add, remove, pause, rename, replace, or update groups, bots, features, locations, partners, services, or support channels.

5. Membership tiers

Hype Club may offer different membership tiers, including seasonal access, annual access, founder status, bonus access, invited access, insider access, or other access categories.

The exact access period, price, renewal terms, and benefits will be shown before payment or communicated during approval.

Founder status applies for the lifetime of the relevant Hype Club membership product while it continues to operate, subject to these Terms and the Community Standards. It does not guarantee that any specific Telegram group, bot, destination, event, partner, feature, or support channel will remain available forever.

6. Renewals

Some memberships may expire after a fixed period. Others may renew if offered and accepted.

Where renewal applies, renewal terms, fees, and payment timing should be shown or communicated before renewal payment is taken.

If a membership expires and is not renewed, access may be removed.

Hype Club may refuse renewal where there has been a breach of these Terms, a breach of the Community Standards, misuse, safety concerns, unpaid fees, or other legitimate reason.

7. Payments

Payments may be handled by Stripe, Wise, or another approved payment provider.

Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Hype Club does not intend to store full card details itself.

Membership fees must be paid in full unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Access may be delayed, paused, or removed if payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is not completed.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Where the law gives you cancellation rights, Hype Club will honour those rights.

Because Hype Club access may involve digital services, private channels, member tools, and immediate access after approval, cancellation and refund rights may depend on when access begins, what has been provided, and what the law requires.

If you request immediate access after payment, you acknowledge that Hype Club may begin providing the service straight away.

Refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted, unless required by law or agreed by Hype Club.

Hype Club may consider refund requests fairly and in good faith, including where there has been a technical issue, duplicate payment, mistaken charge, or failure to provide access after approval and payment.

Refund requests should be sent to help@hypeclubmembership.com or another official contact method provided by Hype Club.

9. No guarantee of specific outcomes

Hype Club may provide recommendations, updates, introductions, destination information, support, and access opportunities.

We do not guarantee entry to any venue, event, party, restaurant, hotel, club, experience, booking, private event, destination, guest list, table, service, or opportunity.

Third party providers, venues, events, hosts, drivers, restaurants, hotels, clubs, promoters, concierge partners, and platforms may set their own rules, prices, availability, entry requirements, age checks, dress codes, safety rules, cancellation terms, and conduct standards.

You are responsible for checking any third party terms, prices, safety requirements, and suitability before using a third party service.

10. Third party services and platforms

Hype Club may operate through or refer to third party platforms and providers, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Stripe, Wise, venues, events, hospitality providers, transport providers, concierge contacts, and other service providers.

Those third parties are independent from Hype Club unless clearly stated otherwise.

Hype Club is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, availability, decisions, safety, quality, policies, or failures of third party platforms or providers.

Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, Stripe, Wise, and other platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Telegram and Hype Club bots

Hype Club may use Telegram groups, channels, direct messages, and custom Telegram bots to provide access, updates, member support, concierge style assistance, reminders, onboarding, moderation, group management, and other membership related functions.

Telegram is a separate platform. Telegram has its own terms and privacy policy.

When you use Hype Club bots, you must not abuse, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, exploit, overload, manipulate, or misuse them.

Bot responses, updates, reminders, and support tools may be automated or partly automated. They are provided for convenience and member support only.

Hype Club may pause, change, update, replace, or remove any bot or support tool at any time.

12. Member conduct

You must follow the Hype Club Community Standards.

You must act respectfully, privately, honestly, and lawfully.

You must not harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, deceive, stalk, intimidate, discriminate against, or endanger any member, admin, insider, provider, venue, partner, or third party.

You must not use Hype Club to commit fraud, promote illegal activity, evade venue rules, sell unauthorised access, harvest members, scrape data, spam members, or misuse private information.

You must not post, request, offer, arrange, or promote unlawful services, illegal substances, exploitation, violence, weapons, trafficking, bribery, fake documents, or anything that puts members or the public at risk.

13. Privacy and confidentiality

Hype Club is private by design.

You must not screenshot, record, publish, forward, leak, sell, share, or disclose private group content, member details, admin messages, insider information, access instructions, private opportunities, or other confidential Hype Club information without permission.

You must not collect, copy, store, scrape, or export member information.

You must not approach members for unrelated selling, recruitment, promotion, dating, investment, business solicitation, or private deals unless clearly invited and appropriate.

Privacy breaches may lead to immediate removal without refund where permitted by law.

14. Insider access

Insiders may receive different access, privileges, badges, responsibilities, or review processes.

Insiders must be honest about affiliations, conflicts, venue links, promoter links, concierge links, hospitality links, driver links, door team links, event roles, and any commercial interests.

Insiders must not use Hype Club to poach members, harvest leads, push private deals, bypass Hype Club, misrepresent access, or create conflicts of interest.

Hype Club may remove or limit insider access at any time where trust, safety, conflict, or misuse concerns arise.

15. Content and information

Hype Club may provide destination updates, recommendations, member notes, reminders, guides, concierge style support, or other content.

Information may change quickly. Events, availability, pricing, entry rules, local rules, weather, transport, safety conditions, and third party policies can change without notice.

Hype Club aims to provide useful information, but we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, available, or suitable for every member.

You are responsible for making your own decisions and checking important details before acting.

16. Prohibited use

You must not use Hype Club to break the law, harm or endanger anyone, sell or resell access without permission, harvest members or contact details, promote unauthorised services or private deals, scrape, copy, leak, record, or publish private content, impersonate another person, submit false or misleading information, interfere with bots, systems, forms, payments, or admin tools, evade bans, removals, or rejected applications, or damage Hype Club, its members, admins, insiders, partners, providers, or reputation.

17. Suspension and removal

Hype Club may suspend, limit, remove, or refuse access where we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, a breach of the Community Standards, false or misleading information, privacy breach, member harvesting, unauthorised selling, abuse, harassment, unsafe conduct, payment failure or payment dispute, conflict of interest, misuse of bots, groups, tools, or access channels, or legal, safety, trust, or reputational concern.

In serious cases, access may be removed immediately.

Refunds after removal are not guaranteed and will depend on the circumstances, the law, and whether access has already been provided.

18. Changes to Hype Club

Hype Club may update, change, pause, improve, remove, or replace parts of the service from time to time.

This may include changes to destinations, groups, channels, bots, features, access types, member support, prices, tiers, rules, partners, or availability.

We will try to communicate material changes where reasonably possible.

19. Intellectual property

The Hype Club name, brand, website content, application flow, private content, member materials, bot names, bot concepts, guides, updates, designs, copy, graphics, badges, and other materials belong to Hype Club or its licensors.

You must not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, imitate, or use Hype Club materials for commercial purposes without permission.

20. Liability

Hype Club provides a private membership network, information, support, and access related tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hype Club is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputational loss, travel disruption, third party failure, venue refusal, event cancellation, denied entry, personal decisions, member behaviour, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Member responsibility

You are responsible for your own behaviour, travel choices, spending, safety, communications, third party bookings, and use of Hype Club information.

You must comply with local laws, venue rules, event rules, platform rules, payment provider rules, and any instructions given by authorised staff or providers.

You should not rely on Hype Club as your only source of information for safety, travel, legal, medical, financial, or emergency matters.

22. Privacy

Your use of Hype Club is also covered by the Hype Club Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how Hype Club collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes personal information.

24. Changes to these Terms

Hype Club may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

Continued use of Hype Club after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
